- The regulations apply to all persons staying at Dworek Akacja.
- The payment for the stay is collected from the Guest on the day of arrival (in advance) – no later than one hour after the arrival.
- The basis for the Guest’s check-in is the presentation of an ID card or passport and signing the registration card.
- The hotel day lasts from 14:00 to 10:00
- People who are not checked in the facility may stay on its premises from 09:00 to 22:00
- There is a curfew from 22:00 to 07:00. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who has breached this rule.
- The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property. In the event of violation of this rule, guests will be charged with the cost of refreshing the room: PLN 500.
- Pets are allowed / prohibited in hotel rooms. If it is forbidden to do so: Breaking this point will result in a PLN 500 penalty for each day the animal is in the room.
- There are fire detectors installed in each room and in the corridors. If the fire alarm is triggered, the Guest will be charged PLN 500. (if they are)
- Renting a room is tantamount to accepting the above regulations.
